HMC414MS8G(E)是一款高效率GaAs InGaP異質(zhì)結(jié)雙極性晶體管(HBT) MMIC功率放大器,工作頻率范圍為2.2至2.8 GHz。 該放大器采用低成本、表面貼裝8引腳封裝,帶有裸露基座以改善RF和散熱性能。 它采用極少的外部元件提供20 dB增益,飽和功率為+30 dBm(32% PAE時),電源電壓為+5V。 該放大器還可采用3.6V電源工作。 Vpd可用于全省電模式或RF輸出功率/電流控制。
