Quality in Design：

We have designed and implemented a quality management system that provides the framework for continual improvement of products， processes and customer service. We apply well-established design rules and practices and focus on product reliability from the initial stage of the design cycle through each specific design process. In addition， we rely on in-depth simulation studies， testing and practical application testing to validate and verify our products. We have established our design flow in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001-2008 quality control standards and are carefully following such flow， which covers from product feasibility study phase， the design phase， the engineering production phase， the samplings phase， to the OEM trail phase.

Quality in Manufacturing：

We emphasize a strong supplier quality management practice in which our manufacturing suppliers are pre-qualified by our operations and quality teams. Suppliers are required to have a quality management system， certified to ISO9001 standard. To ensure consistent product quality， reliability and yield， we closely monitor each stage of the production cycle by reviewing electrical， parametric and manufacturing process data from each wafer foundry and assembly subcontractor. We are confident that continuous improvement of suppliers’ performance are essential to ensure our continuous improvement and consequently to meet our commitments to customers.
