描述

TMP709-Q1是一款完全集成的電阻可編程溫度開關(guān)，溫度閾值在整個工作范圍內(nèi)僅由一個外部電阻設(shè)置。 TMP709-Q1提供漏極開路，低電平有效輸出，電源電壓范圍為2.7V至5.5V。

溫度閾值精度通常為±0.5°C，最大值±3.5°C（60°C至100°C）。靜態(tài)電流消耗通常為40μA。遲滯可通過引腳選擇至2°C或10°C。

TMP709-Q1采用5引腳SOT-23封裝。
