針對傳統(tǒng)控制中存在的自動化程度低的問題，開發(fā)研制了基于PLC的PID控制算法的物料定量給料系統(tǒng)計量裝置，闡述了該控制系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)及PLC的硬件組成;根據(jù)工藝過程的技術(shù)要求，從控制系統(tǒng)的硬件配置到應(yīng)用程序的設(shè)計，系統(tǒng)地考慮了工業(yè)物料定量給料過程的實際情況。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)性能穩(wěn)定、運行可靠、人機界面直觀靈活，控制系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的各項功能均滿足工藝要求，取得了良好的應(yīng)用效果。

Abstract; In order to overcome the problem of low level of automation in traditional control, the metering device of quantitative material feeding
system is developed based on PLC and PID control algorithm. The system structure and configuration of PLC are described. In accordance with the
technical requirement of technique process, the practical conditions in industrial material feeding are considered systematicaly for both hardware
and application program in control system. The results of operation proved that the system is stable, reliable, with flexible and directly perceived
man-machine interface. Various functions implemented the system meet technique requirements. Excellent efects of application are obtained.
