提出了一種基于單片機(jī)的溫控系統(tǒng)軟件和硬件的設(shè)計方案。本設(shè)計采用8 位單片機(jī)和
16 位A/D 變換器相組合構(gòu)成溫度采集系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步提高系統(tǒng)的性價比。采用數(shù)字PID 控制使溫控精度在300-500℃范圍內(nèi)達(dá)到1℃，并可實現(xiàn)溫度設(shè)定值的連續(xù)可調(diào)。采用鉑電阻溫度測量電路，并利用軟件對測量精度進(jìn)行自校準(zhǔn)；通過電壓前饋控制減少電網(wǎng)干擾。設(shè)計中還加入了光電隔離措施及過熱自動保護(hù)和報警功能，增強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)的安全性能。

Abstract: Gives a design of singlechip’s software and hardware of temperature controlling system. The temperature collecting system is composed of 8 bit singlechip and 16 bit A/D converter, and it can improve the performance price rate of the system. The temperature can be controlled within the range of 300-500℃ with a precision of 1℃ and uninterrupted adjustability of temperature setting is realized by Using the digital PID control. Temperature-measuring circuit of platinum resistors and software is employed to carry on adjustment of measured precision. The interference of the grid is reduced by the voltage front feed, and it calls for the application of the photoelectric insulation, the over heating protection and alarm to enhance the security the system.
